Do I need to set up staff and services first?
No. Turn on appointments and customers can book straight away. If you have no services, they book a standard appointment of a length you set; if you have no staff, the shop takes bookings itself. Add services, staff and prices only if you want them.
Can customers book more than one service at once?
Yes. They can pick several services in a single visit (booked back-to-back with one person), and you can offer Deals: named bundles at a set price, like Cut + Beard.
How do walk-ins and appointments work together?
They share one line. When an appointment customer arrives they check in, which drops them into the same live queue as your walk-ins, flagged and prioritised near their time. You run one screen, not two systems.
Do customers get a reminder?
Yes. They get an email confirmation when they book and a reminder before their slot. Phone number is optional; email is used to confirm and remind.
