What we collect
When you join a shop's queue we store the name you enter, an optional phone number, and your party size. This lets the shop manage your place in line and, if you provided a number, message you when it's your turn.
Retention (24 hours)
Your name and phone number are used only to manage your place in the queue and are deleted within 24 hours. After that window, entries are anonymized: personal details are removed and only non-identifying counters (such as how many people were served) remain.
Where data is stored
Data is hosted on infrastructure located in the European Union. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. You can also leave a queue at any time using the "Leave queue" button, which removes you immediately.
