Terms of Service

Last updated 2026. Placeholder text for the MVP, to be reviewed with a lawyer before you rely on it.

1. Agreement

By creating a Filaro account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Filaro. "Filaro", "we" and "us" mean the operator of filaro.app; "you" means the business or person using it.

2. The service

Filaro provides QR-based queue management and appointment booking for small businesses. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the product.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your login details, and everything done under your account. Keep your password secure and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your country.

4. Acceptable use

Use Filaro only for lawful purposes and only to message customers who expect to hear from you. Do not use it to send spam or unsolicited marketing, to break any law, or to disrupt the service. You are responsible for the content you send and for obtaining any consent required to contact your customers.

5. Launch offer, pricing, and changes

The "free for 6 months" offer is a launch promotion available to shops that create an account during our launch month. It is limited, and we may change or end it at any time. After any applicable free period, continued use is on a paid plan.

Prices and plans may change. We may change our prices, plans, or what each plan includes. When a change would affect a fee you pay, we will give you reasonable advance notice (for example, by email or in the app), and the new price applies to your next billing period. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

6. Payments and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider, subject to their terms.

7. Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for handling your own customers' data lawfully when you use Filaro.

8. Availability

We work to keep Filaro available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance or to protect it.

9. Termination

You may stop using Filaro and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Filaro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use Filaro after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact
